About Samta Infrastructure

Founded in 2004 by Deep Singh, Samta Infrastructure has grown into a premier government contracting firm operating across western Rajasthan. We specialize in water supply, rural infrastructure, and digitization of public utilities. Our mission is to deliver lasting infrastructure with transparency, quality, and community focus. Deep Singh has personally overseen the execution of over 50 PHED and PWD projects, specializing in water supply operations, consumer billing digitization, and large‑scale labour management. 💧 Water Supply O&M

Complete operation & maintenance of urban/rural water supply schemes under JJM: tubewells, pumps, OHTs, distribution. We handle chemical dosing, chlorination, breakdown repairs, and 24/7 fault attendance. Currently maintaining 45+ WSS across Jaisalmer district.

📊 Computerized Billing

End-to-end billing solution: monthly bill generation, ledger maintenance, revenue reconciliation, and door-to-door bill delivery. We manage 28,000+ connections in Pokaran division, with 99% accuracy. Also provide consumer portal integration.

👷 Labour Contracts (ARC)

Annual Rate Contracts for skilled/unskilled labour for PHED subdivisions. We deploy fitters, masons, helpers, operators with statutory compliance (PF/ESI). Workforce of 200+ covering 120 villages. Quick mobilization for O&M.

⚡ Equipment Hiring

2. How does your computerized billing service work?

We handle the full billing cycle: data preparation, bill generation (monthly), ledger maintenance, revenue statements, and physical bill delivery to each consumer. We also provide digital copies to department officials.

It's a yearly contract where we supply skilled/unskilled labour as per department rates. We manage wages, compliance, and deployment across multiple villages. Currently we hold 3 ARC contracts in Pokaran & Nachna.

Yes, we supply and maintain stabilizers (10–100 KVA) on hire basis to PHED pumping stations. We have 40+ units currently deployed in Jaisalmer district.

7. What is the JJM scheme?

Jal Jeevan Mission – providing tap water to every rural household. We are empanelled contractors for O&M of JJM water supply schemes in Rajasthan.

8. How many consumers does your billing cover?

We currently cover over 28,000 water connections in Pokaran division, and expanding to Nachna with 8,000 more.

9. Do you undertake road construction?

We specialize in maintenance and repair of PWD roads (rural) including patchwork, culvert repair, and drainage.

10. What is your workforce strength?

We have 200+ regular workers (fitters, helpers, masons) and supervisors, plus seasonal augmentation.
