Objective: Operation & maintenance of 12 water supply schemes under Jal Jeevan Mission covering 45 villages. Ensure 24/7 drinking water supply to 35,000+ rural households.
Scope: 12 tubewells (submersible pumps), 8 overhead tanks (OHT) of capacity 200kL–500kL, 150km distribution network. Includes chlorination, flow monitoring, breakdown repair, and monthly water quality testing.
Objective: Annual Rate Contract for deployment of skilled/unskilled labour for O&M across 45 villages under PHED Sub Division I, Pokaran.
Details: Supply of fitters, masons, pump operators, helpers. We manage wages, statutory compliance (PF/ESI), and rapid deployment for leakages, pump failures, pipe bursts.
Objective: End‑to‑end billing for 28,000+ water connections in Pokaran division. Includes monthly bill generation, ledger maintenance, revenue statements, and physical door‑to‑door delivery.
Additional scope: Handle consumer grievances, prepare MIS reports for department, and support digitization of new connections.
Objective: Lowering/un‑lowering of tubewell assemblies at 8 locations to optimize water yield and maintain dynamic head.
Works: Pulling out pump sets, extending column pipes, reinstalling with VFD checks. Conducted yield tests post‑lowering. Covers villages: Bhojka, Satta, Khara, etc.
Objective: Supply, installation & maintenance of 25 voltage stabilizers (25–63 KVA) at critical water pumping stations in Jaisalmer city.
Services: Equipment on hire with full maintenance, 24h breakdown response, quarterly preventive checks. We also provide log books and voltage recordings.
Objective: Maintenance of 22 km rural roads (Pokaran–Ramgarh section) including patchwork, culvert repairs, drainage cleaning, and signboard renewal.
Techniques: Hot mix patchwork, edge metalling, reconstruction of damaged culverts, and monsoon emergency graveling.
Objective: Digitization of 35,000+ legacy consumer records – scanning, data entry, GIS tagging, and integration with billing software. Creation of searchable digital repository.
Details: Field verification of consumer details, meter reading history uploading, and monthly MIS dashboard for executive engineer.
Objective: Similar to city contract but for 18 rural pumping stations across Jaisalmer district (Sangad, Jhinjhayali, Devikot, etc.).
Scope: Supply of 18 stabilizers (15–40 KVA) with installation, annual maintenance, and emergency support. All equipment new with ISI mark.
Objective: Labour supply for O&M in 30 remote villages under Nachna Sub Division. Includes all skilled/unskilled categories for water supply maintenance.
Deployment: 60+ workers on casual roll, managed through local supervisors. Compliance with minimum wage act and labour laws.
Objective: Operation & maintenance of 6 additional water supply schemes (newly commissioned) under Jal Jeevan Mission in Pokaran block.
Includes: 6 tubewells, 4 OHTs, 65 km pipeline. Bring total JJM O&M to 18 WSS under Samta.
Objective: Replacement of old/rusted GI pipes with HDPE/PVC in 12 km network (villages: Ramgarh, Bhaniyana). Reduce leakage and improve pressure.
Work: Trenching, laying, jointing, pressure testing, and restoration. Executed in phases to minimize disruption.
Objective: Operation & maintenance of 5 community water ATMs (RO/UV) installed at public places. Ensure clean drinking water 24/7 through coin/token system.
Scope: Daily cleaning, membrane maintenance, refilling of minerals, and revenue collection. Monthly water quality reports to municipality.
